If you are a Website owner all you have to do is setup your adzone, that's where you define where on your site the ads will be displayed, and then set yuor price and ad type

If you are an advertiser browse the sites for the type of ads you want to run and select either to advertise on specific sites or to start a targeted run-of-network campaign
